Breathing out, I release my grip.
Our bodies are naturally fuel and repair themselves. Part of this is breathing. But our breath can be more than just physical movement. When we breathe with intention, observing and feeling each breath, we can also fuel and repair our souls. Our breath connects us to our bodies which, in turn, connects us to the earth. One of the best ways to ground myself in a time of stress is to simply breathe and give myself permission to focus only on that, even if it’s just a few seconds.
