Healthy Ramen?

Ramen is possibly the cheapest, sodium and carb rich food I know of. Sodium can be important for hot and humid summer running, assuming you don’t have a history of hypertension. I like to eat ramen the night before a long run that I’m expecting to be pretty humid. I actually really like it and now I have more recipes to try. I think I’m most excited for the Ramen Chicken and Collard Wraps and the Ramen Trail Mix. Any other cool ramen recipes you know of?
